Wes Guckert elected President of CCBC Essex Foundation Board

Wes Guckert, President of The Traffic Group, Inc. has been elected President of the CCBC (Community College of Baltimore County) Essex Foundation Board comprised of 25 members with a mission to provide scholarships and other help to students at the CCBC Essex Community College. The CCBC Essex is currently endowed with approximately $3 million in funds to help produce on-going revenue for scholarships.
