Congratulations to Ming-Yu and Qiang for passing Professional Engineer (PE) examination

Ming-Yu Chien and Qiang Tian has passed PE examination for Professional Engineer registration. They both took their PE examination in April, 2006 and was recently notified that they have passed the exam.
