Glenn Cook is a Senior Project Manager with The Traffic Group, Inc. whose responsibilities include conducting and overseeing the preparation of traffic impact studies and the preparation of geometric design plans, parking lot layouts, highway lighting, traffic control and traffic signal plans, as well as providing expert testimony at hearings and community meetings.  Mr. Cook has over 30 years experience in the traffic engineering and transportation planning field both in the public and private sectors.
