John Blair
Senior
Project Manager
John Blair is Project Manager for our Field Services Division. He has more than twelve (12) years experience and is proficient in all aspects of traffic data collection. Mr. Blair is responsible for managing numerous contracts within our Data Collection Department, including all of the Virginia Department of Transportation Data Collection Contracts.
In addition to his management responsibilities, Mr. Blair also provides extensive training sessions for all new field technicians as part of The Traffic Group’s comprehensive training program. He is also highly specialized in the state-of-the-art Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) technology used by The Traffic Group to conduct Origin and Destination Studies, Parking Studies, Travel Time Analyses, Congestion Management Studies, and Speed Studies. Mr. Blair regularly makes presentations to the private and public sectors on the benefits of this non-intrusive technology.
