The Traffic Group, Inc. owns automated license plate recognition (ALPR) hardware and software that is available for origin/destination studies, vehicle tracking and monitoring studies, traffic calming and cut-through traffic studies, monitoring of vehicles for security purposes, monitoring of vehicles for police protection, travel time and delay studies. This technology can be deployed nationally to undertake the types of studies listed above. ALPR technology has been used in I-81 Project (Virginia) and Beaufort County OD study (South Carolina).

We conduct over 20,000 traffic counts a year and currently own over 1,500 pieces of traffic counting equipment, most of which are in the field on a daily basis. Data Collection Services
