• The Traffic Group, Inc., established in 1985, is a leading Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning specialty firm headquartered in Baltimore County, Maryland with Offices in Delmarva (Eastern Shore area of Maryland, Delaware and Virginia) and Virginia. Additionally the Firm has project offices in Arkansas, New York and Virginia.
• We provide consultation on all aspects of a project dealing with the movement of vehicles and pedestrians to, from and within the confines of a specified site or through a defined area. Our services include, but are not limited to:
  • traffic engineering and transportation planning studies
  • expert testimony
  • roadway and parking lot design, and
  • data collection services.
• Any one or all of our services may be utilized throughout various phases of a project. Our site contains an extensive representative list of clients and projects throughout the United States, as well as projects we have undertaken internationally. We have conducted over 6,000 projects.
• Our team consists of highly qualified professionals in the Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning field, including eight certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineers (PTOE) and two certified Professional Transportation Planners (PTP). Combined, our staff brings more than seven hundred years of experience to each project.
